Privacy policy

This policy explains what information DialStudio collects, how it is used, and the controls available to you.

Effective October 14, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect account and profile details, projects and preferences you choose to sync, build records, device and session information, basic service activity, and messages you send us.

How we use information

We use this information to provide DialStudio, sync your work across devices, support builds and installs, protect accounts, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond when you contact us.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We may use service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, and operate DialStudio, and may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service.

Account sessions

DialStudio records signed-in sessions so you can review devices and sign out ones you no longer use. Keep your password private and tell us if you believe someone else accessed your account.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and synced data while your account is active and only as long as reasonably needed to run and protect the service. To delete it, open Profile → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm. This deletes your account, synced data, and active sessions. Local copies remain on each device unless you also choose to remove local data.

Choices and controls

You can pause sync on a device, sign out sessions, export projects, clear local data, or delete your account. See the accounts and sync guide for steps.
